3Alfa – K.Karageorgiou Bros S.A., Food Production Industry
for the implementation of an Electronic Document Management solution that will manage the company’s General Correspondence and Vendor Invoices. Scanned documents belonging to correspondence will also be converted to Full Text in order for the users to be able to search and retrieve correspondence based on the document’s content.
By implementing DataTeam’s Document Management solution, 3Alfa will be able to :
- Archive and Manage all documents electronically
- Better monitor issues that relate to documents and invoices
