The 3PL company has accepted our offer after a thorough study of its internal and external paper-related processes. The implementation involves minor changes to its invoice issuing process, along with transition to fully automated Identification, Distribution, Indexing and Archiving of printed Invoices, Statements and Documents that relate to its sales activities. The system also sends automatic delivery notifications to the customers using e-mail or fax, with the signed Proof Of Delivery attached.
DataTeam’s technology solution adequately meets the special requirements of the 3PL market, with the additional option to offer this service to its own customers.
