We are pleased to announce that DataTeam has signed a deal with :
DORAL S.A.
for its transition to laser-printing Invoicing, using single-sheet, A4 forms, as well as fully automated Identification, Distribution, Indexing and Archiving of all ERP printed Statements and other Documents that relate to its sales activities.
By implementing the system, DORAL S.A. will be able to print laser invoices and eliminate paper-related actions which have no value added for the company. At the same time, DORAL S.A. will benefit from many new automated tasks -customized to the company’s special requirements- which will reduce even more its operational costs and boost productivity.
Secure access to all these documents and assurance against natural disasters, fire, burglary, etc. add up to the above mentioned benefits of the solution.
