We are pleased to announce that DataTeam has signed a deal with:
PEPSICO-IVI S.A.
for the transition of its Headquarters and 8 Branch Offices to laser-printing Invoicing, using single-sheet forms, as well as fully automated Identification, Distribution, Indexing and Archiving of all printed Statements and Documents that relate to its sales activities.
By implementing DataTeam’s technology solutions, PEPSICO-IVI S.A. will achieve the following goals:
Elimination of:
- Multi-sheet Invoices
- 5 different paper Archives of significant size
- 9 manual labor paper distributing Tasks
- 19 different actions
Addition of:
- 16 new checks and controls
The above goals along with the Instant Retrieval and Unified Management of all information that relates to the Invoicing procedures will help PEPSICO-IVI S.A. to achieve a very fast Return On Investment (ROI).
The system implemented will also be used to serve business needs from other departments within the enterprise.
