We are pleased to announce that MEVGAL S.A. has renewed its trust to DataTeam, by accepting its offer to implement an ERM solution for all of its Internal Delivery Notes generated by its SAP ERP System.
The Enterprise Report Management (ERM) System which will be implemented, offers the following advantages:
- Eliminates the need to print all Internal Delivery Notes (a 6-figure number on a yearly basis), along with the need to store them in the archives.
- Error-free electronic archiving process, eliminating human errors.
- Immediate retrieval of any requested Delivery Note, due to completely different archiving techniques compared to the ERP system.
- Delivery Notes are displayed in their true hard-copy (printed) format, using Form Overlay technology.
- Users are able to instantly distribute, e-mail, fax or print any Delivery Note.
- Only authorized users have access to the Delivery Notes.
- Due to the 90% compression* of the electronic archiving of the Delivery Notes, hard disk space from the costly Server Disks is saved along with significant network bandwidth.
- Archiving techniques used, ensure the continuous store of information, no matter the ERP system vendor or the Server’s O/S.
- There is one central information access point where vast amounts of data is being archived.
DataTeam can also import into the ERM System, Internal Delivery Notes that originate from older or legacy ERP systems.
* Around 600.000 Internal Delivery Notes can be stored on a disk of 1GB capacity.
