We are pleased to announce that DORAL S.A. has renewed its trust to DataTeam, by accepting its offer to implement a Business Process Management (BPM) solution to automate the following processes :
- Purchase Orders
- ISO Compliance Management
- Automatic Routing & Distribution of Incoming Faxes
All processes have been developed using Business Process Management (BPM) technology and Microsoft’s .NET Framework 3.5 platform, whereas all Documents that will be used in these processes, will be automatically archived in DataTeam’s existing Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Process Automation will eliminate a series of activities that had no added value for DORAL S.A. while at the same time add many automated activities, customized to meet DORAL S.A.’s special requirements, significantly reducing its Operating Costs.
